Numbers games for everyone!!

Here you have a very interesting on line game about numbers. It's an interactive book and you have to use it according to the grade you are in. Children in year 1 have to do until page 7, those in year 2 can work until page 12 and students in year 3, until page 18. When you finish you can know your score at page 23.

Halloween game

Halloween is coming!!
Have you seen the countdown on the right side of the page? This will tell us how many days are left untill Halloween.

And now, here's a video with a Halloween version of the song we learnt at the begining of the year, to practise our partners' names. Do you remember the "Who took the cookie from the cookie jar" song?.

Guess which Halloween character took the candy (instead of cookie) from the "Trick or Treat bag" (instead of cookie jar)!!

Oxford Online Learning Zone

Let’s start using Oxford Online Learning Zone, whose name is also Oxford Plus. As this entry is addressed to parents I will write it in Spanish:

En 1º, 2º y 3º estamos realizando estos días la Unit 0, que supone un repaso a los contenidos trabajados el curso anterior. Por ello os propongo que empecéis a utilizar la Web de la editorial, y aquí os explico cómo hacerlo.

En primer lugar acceded al enlace:

http://primary.oolz.oupe.es/

 

Como os señalo con la flecha, pulsad en “Regístrate en Oxford Plus”. Se abrirá una ventana con un “Formulario de Registro” donde tendréis que poner vuestros datos.

Una vez que consigáis entrar, os aparecerá esta pantalla:

En la casilla “Activar Licencia” escribid: GAIW2W7LMY  y pulsad Activar.  Y ya conseguiréis llegar a la ventana de bienvenida:

Escogéis el libro  “Big Surprise”, y podréis empezar a navegar por los distintos apartados de la Web (si podéis,  echadle un vistazo al dirigido a vosotros “Parents”).

Como decía al principio en este momento que estamos repasando contenidos del curso pasado, os recomiendo que los peques hagan los juegos de “Fun Zone”, eligiendo el nivel del curso pasado, es decir, los que ahora van a 3º harán los juegos del “Level2” y los que ahora van a 2º, los del “Level 1”

Espero que esta explicación os haya resultado provechosa. A lo largo del curso iré indicándoos cuál es el momento de ir explorando otros contenidos de la página, y al haber hecho ya todo el proceso de registro, será todo más rápido.
